Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the survival gear or apparel items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tactical tags are attached and the product remains in unworn, mint condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the kit components or clothing for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
